My experience as a social worker, counselor/psychotherapist, life coach, consultant and my own personal healing journey has allowed me to create a preparation and integration coaching protocol (1-3months/8-16 hours) to optimize, assist and assure you are well-prepared for your therapeutic psychedelic journey and/or retreat.

Everyone talks about "Integration" in fact it's the new buzzword! The best Integration begins with good Preparation, entering into psychedelic medicine is an experience that the Psyche/Mind, Body and Spirit/Soul must be well-prepared for.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts-work coaching and consulting USA & Globally (English & Spanish).

 2-6 sessions suggested, focused on providing high-functioning individuals who have already been in therapy and/or newly licensed psychotherapists or counselors with assessment and assistance in developing a plan for deep inner work, incorporating Integrative Wellness and Holistic Healing.

 Rates $120-$130 (50–60-minute session).
