My experience as a social worker, counselor/psychotherapist, life coach, consultant and my own personal healing journey has allowed me to create a preparation and integration coaching protocol to optimize, assist and assure you are well-prepared for your therapeutic psychedelic journey and/or retreat (state-side or abroad). This offering was born out of my commitment to healing and education around psychedelics/plant medicine.

Everyone talks about "Integration" in fact it's the new buzzword! The best Integration begins with good Preparation, entering into psychedelic medicine is an experience that the Body and Mind/Psyche must be well-prepared for.

 Coaching Protocol: $500-$1500

Protocol Incorporates: 

Breathwork, Somatic Techniques, Parts-Work/Shadow Work & Over 30 years in the Field of Personal Development/Growth.

On-line/Virtual

Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts-work coaching and consulting USA & Globally (English & Spanish).

1-4 recommended sessions focused on providing professionals who have already been in therapy and/or newly licensed psychotherapists or counselors with assessment and assistance in developing a self-led plan for deep inner work, incorporating Integrative Wellness and Holistic Healing.

Sessions are $150/hour
