Solution-Focused Therapy

In California & Pennsylvania, I offer short-term (1-3 month), solution-focused therapy that will truly accelerate your growth and healing. In 2019, after 10 years as a psychodynamic therapist (talk therapy), I embarked on a journey to find out what truly helps people heal from anxiety, depression, trauma and that overall feeling of "stuck-ness" that even my most high-functioning clients -doctors, business owners, engineers & other therapists, were feeling despite years of therapy and/or personal growth. That commitment/journey led to my discovery of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy, Breathwork (Holotropic), Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy /Ketamine-Assisted Therapy and Somatic techniques to access the deeper layers of our body/mind/psyche.

Fast forward to 2025 and after 6 years of learning, training and application using these techniques and my own personal healing journey, I am now offering hybrid (online & in-person sessions) in Philadelphia & Ventura, CA. I have come to understand that although that may be the best we have had, it is a model that does not allow for a true integrative/holistic approach to healing and personal growth.

Psychedelic preparation & Integration

My experience as a social worker, counselor/psychotherapist, life coach, consultant and my own personal healing journey has allowed me to create a preparation and integration coaching protocol that can span over 1-3months (8-24 hours of one-on-one sessions) to optimize, assist and assure you are well-prepared for your therapeutic psychedelic journey and/or retreat. This offering was born out of my commitment to healing and harm reduction.

Everyone talks about "Integration" in fact it's the new buzzword! The best Integration begins with good Preparation, entering into psychedelic medicine is an experience that the Psyche/Mind, Body and Spirit/Soul must be well-prepared for.

1-4 sessions suggested, focused on providing high-functioning individuals who have already been in therapy and/or newly licensed psychotherapists or counselors with assessment and assistance in developing a plan for deep inner work, incorporating Integrative Wellness and Holistic Healing.
